Just a short walk from the historic Falset Cooperative Winery, Brichs has earned recognition as a Michelin Guide recommended restaurant. 

The dining room, managed by Alba Conejero, welcomes guests into a bright, contemporary space where attentive yet relaxed service reflects the restaurant’s philosophy. Culinary consultant Rafel Muria brings the experience of Michelin-starred kitchens, while the team focuses on Mediterranean cooking rooted in local produce and the culinary traditions of Priorat. The result is a restaurant that appeals equally to local diners and travellers exploring one of Spain’s most celebrated wine regions.

Seasonal ingredients with a modern Mediterranean perspective

The menu is driven by seasonality and a clear respect for quality ingredients.

Signature dishes include Carabinero prawn with Robuchon-style potato purée and Norway lobster ravioli finished with foie gras and black truffle sauce. Seasonal availability shapes the menu throughout the year, allowing local produce to define each new creation. Lighter dishes such as sea bream carpaccio with lemon vinaigrette showcase a style of cooking that values precision, balance and restraint, letting every ingredient speak for itself.
